The ISO 9001 Foundation course typically covers the following topics:


ü  Introduction to quality management: Understanding the importance of quality management System and its impact on organizational performance.


ü  Key principles of ISO 9001: Exploring the seven quality management principles, including customer focus, leadership and involvement of people, process approach, improvement, evidence-based decision making and relationship management.
